AVM Construction LLC is a commercial general contractor that was founded and operates with the TEAM concept. Although the corporation is new, the founders have worked together for nearly 25 years competitively bidding, negotiating and managing commercial construction projects throughout the Twin Cities and Southeastern Minnesota (Rochester/Winona and surrounding areas).

Together we have completed over $300 million of commercial construction projects with some of the best field Superintendents in this business. Projects ranged from a few thousand dollars to over $25 million. Our success is directly related to our TEAM approach with the Owner, Designers and Subcontractors. We believe a successful project, no matter what size, comes from the integrity and work ethic of our TEAM.
